Poor, sick kiddo

Miles has been afflicted with a stomach bug this week...he had to stay home from day care twice. Our entire household also caught the bug, but I think we're on the mend. Here is Miles, riding his truck (a favorite activity), and another post-haircut picture:

Miles's First Haircut

Miles has needed a new haircut for weeks (okay, months), and I just couldn't get myself to do it. Not for sentimental reasons, but basically because I didn't know how! I had gotten scissors out several times, and just chickened out. So, longer it grew. Ethan took the clippers to him today:

Among a few other standby items, Miles loves, loves, loves remote controls. The more the better! He also loves cell phones, regular phones (they don't even have to work), spatulas, and plastic containers. Forget "real" toys...I bought him a Fisher-Price Noah's Ark, thinking he would love taking all the animals in and out of the ark, but he's not interested at all.

He especially loves holding things to his ear and "talk"...blah blah blah. It's cute.
